Abstract Taking CuPb 20 Sn 5 as the research object, /Carbon steel bimetallic sample was prepared by solid-liquid compound method, and relationship between microstructure friction properties of layer. The results show that Cu 3 P δ (Cu 31 8 ) phases in are distributed α-Cu to improve wear resistance alloy. coefficient fluctuates range 0.057~0.093, when load 150 N-350 N. When speed exceeds 3.86 m/s, increases, first increases then decreases, rate increases. less than 250 N, surface smooth, material basically free wear. 300 reaches lowest point, third body layer formed layer, mechanism slight adhesive greater Pb will fall off surface, increase, causing abrasive
